Genai group

Genai is a technology company focusing on Bluetooth technology in the field of wireless communication, integrating product research and development, production, sales and service, contributing to the development of the global TWS industry through independent R&D and ODM services
Founded in 2009, it has two modern production and manufacturing bases: Dongguan Genai Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Genai Precision Technology Co., Ltd., and Genai group has a total of 42 production lines at present, with an automation coverage rate of over 50%. The two manufacturing bases can output up to 20 million units of finished earphones per year at full capacity. There is also a strong management system and delivery capability: the project management mechanism and reward and punishment system with PMO (Project Management Office) as the hub, the establishment of KAD (Key Account System) organization, the implementation of a strong standard of 35 days for new projects and 10 days for repeat orders, and the implementation of the concept of "customer first".

2009

Company Founded

Established our first factory in Shenzhen. GENAI was founded as a product-oriented and customer-centric enterprise.

2010

First Major Breakthrough

Launched the world’s first Bluetooth 4.0 music earphones.

2016

Product Development Progress

Launched our first TWS earbuds and Bluetooth smart band.

2017

Product Standard Certification

Obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

2019

Global Expansion

Launched ENC-enabled TWS earbuds and sports Bluetooth smart watches, and began AI voice technology research.

Production Capacity Target

Achieved a monthly production capacity of 2 million units.

2023

Our R&D department has about 65 engineers, including ID engineers, electronic hardware engineers, software engineers, acoustic engineers, test engineers and project managers. They have been focusing on audio product technology for 13 years, with rich experience in the audio industry.

All products meet international test standards including CE, REACH, RoHS, FCC, BQB, KCC, UL and more. We have established an international standard system covering the entire process: from product design, R&D, tooling and manufacturing to production management, quality control and marketing.
