Ganai is a technology company focusing on Bluetooth technology in the field of wireless communication, integrating product research and development, production, sales and service, and supporting the prosperity of the TWS industry with independent research and development and parallel ODM.
Created in 2009, it has two modern production and manufacturing bases: Dongguan Genai Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Genai Precision Technology Co., Ltd., and Genai group has a total of 42 production lines at present, with having an automation coverage rate of over 50%. The two manufacturing bases can output up to about 20 million finished earphones per year at full capacity. There is also a strong management system and delivery capability: the project management mechanism and reward and punishment system withPMO (Project Management Office) as the hub, the establishment of KAD (KeyAccount System) organization, the implementation of a strong standard of 35days for new orders and 10 days for new orders, and the implementation of the concept of "customer first".
